Cubs go Sailing!

The Cubs went sailing last weekend on Clowbridge Reservoir with many thanks to Rossendale Valley Sailing Club.

We were taken out in two Wayfarer sail boats, Geordie Lass and Gemini, and given a spin in the Sailing Club’s powerboat thrown into the bargain.

Although the weather was a bit dull and cloudy, we all had lots of fun, especially when Akeala took control of the sails!

After an hour or so out on the water, we went back inside to warm up and took to the table football and chess boards.
